MB25 Media Solutions is currently seeking a full-time hourly Accounting Assistant to join our team of media experts in our Golden Valley office.
- 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, AP, AR and GL
- Critical thinking skills with a proven ability to resolve complex accounting issues
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and Adobe PDF
- Solid 10 key proficiency
- Superior detail orientation and proofreading skills
- Rapid learning style with an ability to retain and apply large amounts of new information
- A positive can-do attitude with a successful history of working within a collaborative team
- Able to act with urgency within a deadline driven environment
- Knowledge of the media industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Advantage advertising agency software is a plus
Candidates will be asked to demonstrate their ability to meet these requirements.
